It sounds like we'll be doing some set up friday after school, and then in on saturday to wrap things up and make sure programming is down, not sure on times though.

I can be there. I can do anything from some lights to full on body guarding the lights.

Just a thought for tomorrow after school, we probably wont be able to start setting up until around 5ish, because a lot of people congregate in that are right after school. So I'm thinking it might be late tomorrow if we want to get anything done?

Also I stopped down at south today and picked up dimmers and the light board.

and what are ideas on call time for saturday? I'm willing to get there whenever.

Thanks for picking up the dimmers and the board today. I was going to do that tomorrow, but you beat me to it. As far as tomorrow (Friday) we can get everything together and plan out what we need. As people start to clear around 4 or so we could run power and such. I'm bringing in my DJ console tomorrow as well so we can set speaker stands up as well. The less physical stuff we have to do Saturday, the better.

I think noon should be plenty early on Saturday. If we can't finish programming in 8 hours...we need to find a new hobby.
