Fools rough schedule

Just a rough outline of what the Fools schedule is going to be looking like for Kyle. In this I am making some days that have not yet been discussed and are therefore open for discussion, so if you disagree or something doesn't work for you, speak up.

Note for Kyle: Every workday on here will go past 4.

March 26 - Last concert using shell

March 27-March 30 - Shell goes down (not sure on exact date)

March 27 - Have all designs finalized

March 31 - Stage hang day

April 1 - Catwalk hang day

April 2-3 - Focus days (due to the actor schedule 2nd is stage, 3rd is catwalk)

April 4(Saturday) - There is a possible rehearsal for actors, not sure if we need to be there too

April 6-8 - Programming days

April 9 - Dry Tech at 5:30. Have everything done by this date!

April 13(no school) - first dress rehearsal time TBA

April 14 - Dress rehearsal time TBA

April 15 - Final Dress 7:00

April 16 - Show

April 17 - Show

April 18 - Show and Strike/Hang for Pops

April 24-25 - Pops Concert

Question about dry tech on the 9th: Are actors going to be there? Meaning, would it be like the cue-to-cue we did for Proof? Because that was a good dry tech.
Also, Nathan, we need to talk design soon, like tommorrow or Tuesday if you can. I did some work over break, but I need to get going on a plot.

Actors being there I believe is still up in the air, don't know if its been brought up with Freeman yet.

Tomorrow does not work for me, well it might for like 20 minutes, but Tuesday would work better.

I don't think the actors are going to be there for the tech day on the 9th unless we convince them that they should be.

The VariLites are back and on stage if you haven't seen them. I picked them up and brought them back last Friday.

The board is (unfortunately) fine. Nothing wrong from an electronic standpoint. He did mention that we had a couple devices assigned to overlapping places in the current loaded show. I think he said Device 4 which would be the laser if I remember correct. maybe we just need to clean things up from a patching/assignment standpoint.

We need to get the stage set up for the concert on Thursday, which means plugging the 3rd electric back in and doing a stage focus. Remember that we have assembly tomorrow morning and have no VariLites and no focused catwalk lights. We only need a podium and screen tomorrow. A bunch of announcements and two video clips. Short assembly.

We also need to hang said VariLites back up as soon as we can. They are all happy now. Clean, adjusted and should be like new.

I'll be there after school Tues, Wed, and Thurs as long as needed. Friday I have to be in Wayzata by 5, so I can stay for a bit.

Anyone know what time those dress rehearsals that were/are still be announced are going to be at?

They are listed on the facilities scheduler as 6:00 PM on all three days, but we can check with Freeman
